| Rhymefest - Supersonic (Charles Hamilton Diss) Posted: 31 Jan 2009 01:45 AM PST This might be the first diss song that needs an explanation before you even hear it. I didn't even know there were hard feelings between these guys (no homo). Rhymefest lays out his reasoning on his MySpace blog but the short version is even after Fest crushed Yeezy Hamilton in a battle yung Charles won't stop saying Fest's name & Che doesn't appreciate it. It's not the best diss record ever but the fact that it's over the JJ Fad beat is classic. I think Charles is being baited. |

The "I Get Money" Outrage Anytime you sample, whether it's for the beat itself or just the hook, you're at risk of somebody coming with the same idea & putting it out before you. Especially in instances where the sample source is the 2nd best rap song ever recorded. |

That's the only explanation for her getting this assignment. But I don't think she is because I remember when she thought she was the hippest white mom because her kids put her on to Outkast.
