Lil Wayne Interviewed by Katie Couric - Video

Rapper, Lil Wayne sat down for an interview with Katie Couric on her "All Access Grammy Special" which will air on February 4, 2009. In the interview he spoke about his love for bowling (this guy just gets more and more surprising by the day) and admitted that he owns four custom made bowling balls!

He says, "If you talk to a professional bowler. He would explain or she’ll explain how your own ball and your own shoes and perfect lanes are important."

When asked about marijuana he says, "I will stand up for marijuana any day… I’m a rapper. That’s who I am, Miss Katie, and I am a gangster and I do what I want. And I love to smoke."

T.I. Talks About Having to Face Jail Sentence

As many of us know, T.I. will unfortunately be heading for jail in March 2009. In 2007, he tried to buy automatic weapons and faced up to 30 years in prison, but the sentence was reduced to 1 year after he did 1000 hours of  community service. He gave an interview recently where he talked about how he's feeling about the situation.

rollcallpix043099hiphopvote He says he'll miss "My kids, my family, my friends, my house, my cars, my food, my life" when he faces prison time.

He's "anxious to move forward and put this behind [him]. My kids are smart they know what is going on. They know the difference between their Daddy and other peoples Daddy's so it was never hard to explain to them."

The hit-maker that fiancé Tameka Tiny and his kids "have got his back. That's how my family works."

It's sad that he'll be leaving the spotlight for a year. He's been doing so well lately. On the bright side, we can look forward to some meaningful post-jail tracks coming from him.

Ciara ft. Young Jeezy “Never Ever” – Video, “Echo” Audio

Ciara has two hot tracks with rapper, Young Jeezy. The first song is "Never Ever" which is produced by Polow Da Don and is the first single off of Ci-Ci's "Fantasy Ride" album, hitting store shelves on April 7th, 2009. I've got the video for it below.

The second track is called "Echo" and has yet to be confirmed for anything. No one's sure whether it will be off of her new album or not. I'm digging "Echo" more then "Never Ever." Check out the video and song and let me know what you think.
