J.D. Fortune Not So Fortunate. INXS Singer Living In His Pick-Up Truck Posted: 23 Feb 2009 06:59 AM PST Remember in 2005 when the first Rock Star: INXS show aired to find a new singer for the late INXS singer Michael Hutchence. I really didn’t care for their choice in J.D. Fortune, but it’s their band so it doesn’t matter. Anyway, J.D. Fortune was let go last year. It seems Fortune had a little cocaine problem that the band probably didn’t like, or at least that’s the conclusion everyone seems to come up with. According to Gibson.com, Hutchence first replacement, Jon Stevens had issues with the band before his departure in 2003.
Fortune is trying to finish a solo album, but it’s kind of tough when you;re living in your pick-up truck in Canada. J.D. was not a very nice character on the show and if that’s how he is in real life then all I can say is what comes around, goes around. Tags: INXS, J.D. Fortune, Michael Hutchence |
