| Simon and Ex-Girlfriend Terri Out to Dinner Posted: 20 Apr 2009 12:42 AM PDT American Idol judge, Simon Cowell, was spotted going out to dinner with his ex-girlfriend, Terri Seymour, over the weekend. Of course, it's got people wondering if the romance between these two is truly over. They looked very relaxed and happy together so maybe things are heating up again. It could be completely innocent, though. After all those years of dating, maybe they really are great friends.
