Listen to Reba McEntire's New Single Strange

Posted: 06 Apr 2009 04:49 AM PDT

Reba was back last night as the host of the 2009 ACM Awards, and she did a fantastic job. At 54 years old, she's also looking better to me than she ever has. She debuted her new single Strange last night on the show. As soon as I find the video of her performance, I'll add it to the site. For now, you can listen to the song here courtesy of CMT.com.

Zac Brown Band Wins Top New Duo or Vocal Group at 2009 ACM Awards

Posted: 05 Apr 2009 05:58 AM PDT

Local boys, the Zac Brown Band, have already won the Top New Duo or Vocal Group award at the 2009 ACM Awards, which airs live tonight from Las Vegas on CBS. I'm so happy for the guys. They've paid their dues for years, and it's about time they got the recognition they deserve. A couple of other awards were also already announced:

Jake Owen won the Top New Male Vocalist award and Julianne Hough won the Top New Female Vocalist award. And, if you missed my post from a couple of days ago, Brad Paisley's Waitin' on a Woman won Video of the Year and Brad and Keith Urban's Start a Band won Vocal Event of the Year.

In honor of Zac and the boys win, here's a look at the video for the song that started it all them, Chicken Fried. Enjoy!
