Touring The States: Greenville, MS

This is one of those groups I know almost nothing about, so I can't tell you much. As you can see, they are from Greenville, Mississippi. Although this album contains only six tracks, it is quite enjoyable. Nice smooth g-vibe, with a nice female voice singing on two tracks and a male vocalist singing on the last track. Check the samples, this album is easy to appreciate.

Installment #6 of the Hiero Producer Series: Jay-Biz

What we have here is a two volume set of tracks from yet another criminally-underrated producer in the Hieroglyphics camp. On sheer talent alone, the only Hiero producers that I'd put ahead of Jay-Biz are Domino and A-Plus. Unfortunately, Jay's known production discography contains just over 20 beats, and half of 'em are of the non-album variety. I couldn't even find a proper picture of him on the net, so I had to a crop a photo from "The Shamen" album cover.

Jay-Bizzy, some of you motherfuckers still don't know who is he, so brace yourselves, 'cause he's about to get physical - Pep Love on "The Prose Officially"

So yeah, if you still don't know who is he, then I'd advise that you download both volumes. His standout tracks include "Freshdopedope", the remix for "Get The Girl, Grab The Money & Run", the unreleased Prose track "Hush", etc. Make sure to check out the audio samples, and stay tuned for posts on Toure and Opio.
