| Posted: 09 Jun 2009 11:53 AM PDT DJ Jazzy Jeff abruptly cancelled a show today in Kansas City today when organizers asked him turn down the volume. ![]() DJ Jazzy Jeff After being repeatedly asked to turn down the music Jazzy Jeff stormed off stage telling his fans "They won’t let us play hip-hop, y’all." Apparently Jazzy Jeff says that organizers told him that they didn't want him to play hip-hop music and wanted him to play something more techno. Organizers deny this saying that they didn't say that but they did ask him to turn it down because they feared the music was going to damage their equipment since it was being played so loud. | DMX Get Additional Sentence For Prison Food Tray Incident Posted: 09 Jun 2009 10:21 AM PDT DMX will be getting 18 month probation at his home in Florida for an incident that occurred while serving his prison sentence. ![]() image by bauer-griffin While serving time for animal cruelty charges, DMX decided to throw a food tray at a prison guard in retaliation for something. So now on top of the sentence that he just served he will also have to adhere to the terms of a new probation. Not good considering he’s eager to get on with his life and start making money again.
