David Archuleta Sings National Anthem at Real Salt Lake Game

David Archuleta sang the Star Spangled Banner at Real Salt Lake's home game at Rio Tinto Stadium this weekend. The American soccer club faced off against the Colorado Rapids over the weekend.

Last year's American Idol runner-up looked really adorable in his soccer jersey and he delivered a really nice rendition of the national anthem. I just love the quality of his voice and I've got to say (in a total "girl moment") that I've never noticed how nice David's eyes are!

Constantine Maroulis Loses, Performs at 63rd Tony Awards

Former American Idol finalist, Constantine Maroulis, was nominated in the "Best Performance By a Lead Actor in a Musical" category at the 63rd Annual Tony Awards last night but, unfortunately, lost out to the three actors from Billy Elliot. Still, I'm so impressed that he was nominated at all!

Looking at his performance with his Rock of Ages cast mates, it is amazing to see how far he has come. He has so much more control over his voice, he's got less vibrato and I'm telling you that it's really hard to run around a stage and still sound coherent. I'm so happy for him. Watch and enjoy!

Adam Lambert Wins Young Hollywood Award, Talks Sexuality

Adam Lambert, this year's runner-up on American Idol, attended the Young Hollywood Awards last night and I think he looked great in his own unique way.

He was presented with the "Young Hollywood Artist of the Year" prize by Idol judge, Kara DioGuardi. She recently talked about his sexuality on The View and he was asked if was upset by her basically "outing" him on national television.

"No," he said. "I mean their asking the same questions everyone else is asking and Kara was just being honest, she's a good friend of mine now that we've recorded together and I don't think she did anything wrong."

He revealed that when he appears on the cover of Rolling Stone, that interview will contain some more details about his personal life: "With the Rolling Stone cover I am going to be talking about a lot of things that people have had questions about so…I think that will be nice I think we can move forward and we'll all look forward to the album together… At this point its such a honor that people want to know about me."

What about the guy he was spotted holding hands with the other night? "Ill take the fifth on that one."

Judging from the picture (see below), it looks like Adam is happy to me so I think he will either confirm that he's gay in that Rolling Stone article or, at the very least, is bisexual. I try not to comment too much on the sexual preferences of people but he was talking about it so I feel like it's okay.

Kris Allen Sings National Anthem at NBA Finals - Video

American Idol winner, Kris Allen, sang the Star Spangled Banner at the NBA Finals this weekend and I think he did a really good job. I think the key might have been a little low for him but, aside from that, he seemed to deliver an understated and heartfelt performance.

I hope that Kris stays exactly how he is. He's got on the simplest outfit you could ever find despite the fact that he's just won the biggest talent show in the world and, of course, he must know that women think he's gorgeous! None of that seems to matter as much to him as his music and I really applaud that. Anyway, here's the video – check it out and tell me what you think:
