Know Good Music

You know I have to do mine, right? Listen. Music was a big part of my household growing up but Michael Jackson was the first artist that I was a fan of. Period. I asked my parents to play the Thriller album so much that they broke down & taught me how to use the record player. That was a big step because, as anyone who's old enough to remember when record players were common knows, kids weren't allowed to touch the record player because "the needle is a diamond & it's a lot of money!"

I've already discussed my fandom on here. There's really not much more to say other than it's surreal to be watching all his old videos & random footage on him knowing that he's not alive anymore. I figured Mike would have died an old man not at 50.

Mikes moonwalk was crazy! He took breakdancings popularity to another level when he moonwalked on the Grammys.
