Kate & Kacey's Video For Dreaming Love Posted: 05 Jun 2009 07:50 PM PDT Kate & Kacey are identical twins who finished in fourth place on CMT's 2008 edition of Can You Duet. In August of last year, they signed a record deal with Big Machine Records.
