Alexis Cohen, American Idol Contestant Dead

Alexis Cohen was found dead on the streets of Allentown early this morning. Report says:

A 25-year-old Allentown, Pa. woman and former contestant on the television show American Idol was found dead at about 4 a.m. today outside at Dupont Avenue and Bay Boulevard, authorities said.

Alexis Cohen had auditioned in January 2008 in Philadelphia, and claimed "I march to a beat of a different drummer" in a 2007 American Idol interview on YouTube. She compared her singing talent to that of Janis Joplin, Grace Slick and Pat Benatar.

Lowell Folk Festival - Music and Food in one Event

"So You Think You Can Dance" tour 2009 tickets are now available at Ticketmaster.com. The tickets go on sale today Saturday July 25,2009.

The tour will kick off in Manchester, New Hampshire on September 20,2009, with the top 10 dancers from this season : Ade Obayomi,Brandon Bryant,Evan Kasprzak, Janette Manrara, Jason Glover, Jeanine Mason, Kayla Radomski, Kupono Aweau, Melissa Sandvig,and Randi Evans.

Star Wars: In Concert Tour

Don't forget, "Star Wars: In Concert" tour begins on October 1, 2009. This is a live concert that features John Williams' music from all six Star Wars films.

This will really be an interesting event with a live symphony orchestra, a chorus and a narrator to introduce each Star Wars segment.

Star Wars: In Concert kicks off on October 1, 2009 in Anaheim, CA at the Honda Center.
