LeAnn Rimes – Stop Cheating and Start Singing Posted: 22 Jul 2009 03:59 PM PDT When it comes to infidelity, I'm pretty over-the-top about how wrong it is. It infuriates me. I know that people can make mistakes and sometimes it's worth forgiving but when you know a romance is starting with someone other than your spouse either nip it in the bud or file for divorce. Don't go ahead with your selfishness and break up two families. Unfortunately, LeAnn Rimes doesn't seem to be able to help herself. All of this started when pictures and videos of her out on a date with her made-for-TV movie (Northern Lights) co-star, Eddie Cibrian, surfaced. Despite the fact that they appear to be sucking fingers and getting cozy, they both denied that they were cheating on their spouses (LeAnn is married to Dean Sheremet and the pair were spotted kissing even after the story broke). I thought I'd heard the end of it but then Eddie's wife, Brandi Glanville, publicly accused LeAnn of being a stalker because the singer wouldn't stop calling and texting the married man. Now, Brandi and Cibrian are taking "some time apart" with Brandi saying: "I want to do what is best for our children. Eddie and LeAnn deserve each other." This comes after more pictures of the cheaters surfaced from a meeting they had on Friday (July 17). They met up at a friend's home in Malibu and then went on a motorcycle ride. A few days ago I read that she is working on a new studio album and I'm so glad. First of all, I'm hoping that it brings her focus back to where it belongs – her music and her family. Second, I'm looking forward to hearing what her music will be like this time. This whole experience is sure to make an impact on her life and her creative process so maybe we will hear some of this drama in the form of a new song and sound. I do know that two songs she's been performing on the road, "You’ve Ruined Me" and "God Takes Care of Your Kind," will be included in the album. image: Zuma Press Post from: She Plays Music |
