Drake Falls While On Stage During Young Money Tour

Posted: 02 Aug 2009 11:53 PM PDT

I guess that night wasn't the best Drake has ever had. Apparently, the rapper was touring with Lil Wayne and Ne-Yo for the Young Money Tour, when he collapsed from pain on-stage. He was doing a duet with Weezy for his song Drake "Best I Ever Had" when he supposedly tried doing a spin and ended up twisting his already injured knee, causing to fall in pain.

Miss Info reports of the incidence, "He put his head down because he was in so much pain and then 4 guys ran out on the stage and had to carry him off."

When Drake had been carried off the stage, Weezy said, "Damn, I knew that n****’s knee was bad, but I didn’t know it was that bad! I thought he was just in a wheelchair on T.V." He then continued to please the crowd by performing "Mrs. Officer" and "Every Girl in the World".

He hadn't been cleared by doctors before going on the tour and even said that he would make sure he was careful while performing. He said,  "I’m not doing my own set. That’s one thing I have to apologize to my fans about. It’s too much of a risk, if I hit that wrong turn [doing] 30 minutes every night. If I tear my ACL again, the doctors say I might not be able to walk again. I have to be cautious."

No news yet as to how he is doing. Well…that was smart! It's pretty ridiculous that he'd choose to spin on an injured knee. Hopefully, he's okay.

Jeremih “Imma Star (Everywhere We Are)” Music Video

Posted: 02 Aug 2009 11:49 PM PDT

You might know him from his catchy single "Birthday Sex" – his name is Jeremih.  Most recently, he has released the music video for his song "Imma Star (Everywhere We Are)." Both songs are off of his self-entitled debut album, which was released in June. The singer signed with Def Jam Recordings in February of this year and is on tour right now with Lil Wayne and Ne-Yo, which started on July 27th, heading through to August 23rd.

The music video for "Imma Star" was directed by Marc Klasfeld and is quite amusing! He pokes a little bit of fun at the gangsta life. In the music video, we see him strolling around the hood trying to impress people and show them how awesome he is. Of course, they're not buying it and he keeps getting dissed by everyone. It ends with an interesting twist!

The song is catchy and gives you a little bit to groove to. It's probably not going to be a smash hit, but it's a likeable song! With a fun music video like this, I'm sure it'll do well. Check it out below and let me know what you think!
