Hip Hop Roll

Lil Wayne is notorious for canceling, showing up late or even no shows so this one isn’t too much of a surprise. Organizers have announced last night that they will begin refunding tickets purchased for Edmonton and Vancouver’s shows this week. The reasons for the canceled shows are unknown but they have said that they were out of their control.

Many fans were disappointed to hear the news. For hip-hop fans the concert was more than just Lil Wayne, it was supposed to open with Young Jeezy, Soulja Boy, Drake and Jeremih. Drake was especially excited for finishing his Canadian tour after proving that even a broken leg would keep him out of the Toronto concert (his home town).
