She Plays Music

Did You Catch Miley Cyrus On The Today Show Yesteday?

Miley Cyrus performed on the Today show Concert Series yesterday and it was nice to see that she left the stripper pole at home this time!  Just kidding!

She sang a collection of hits like "The Climb" and "See You Again" but she also performed her newest single "Party In the USA."  I have to say that I'm enjoying her more mature sound as it seems she's breaking away from her Disney image (yeah, something tells me the Disney Channel didn't put together her choreography).  

She is a pretty good live performer for 16 years old but I do worry about having to sing "Party in the USA" over and over since she seems to have to strain to hit the notes in the higher register of the chorus.  Anyway, you can check out the videos (more after the jump!) and judge for yourself!
