Obama Calls Kanye a Jackass

Kanye West has not escaped from Pres. Obama's comments. Obama called Kanye a jackass for Kanye's outburst at MTV Video Music Awards where he interrupted Taylor Swift during her acceptance speech.

The ABC reporter Terry Moran tweeted to his more than 1 million followers though he quickly deleted it.

"Pres. Obama just called Kanye West a 'jackass' for his outburst at VMAs when Taylor Swift won. Now THAT'S presidential."

An ABC spokesperson said, "In the process of reporting on remarks by President Obama that were made during a CNBC interview, ABC News employees prematurely tweeted a portion of those remarks that turned out to be from an off-the-record portion of the interview. This was done before our editorial process had been completed. That was wrong. We apologize to the White House and CNBC and are taking steps to ensure that it will not happen again."

The Kanye West - Taylor Swift VMA incident seems to be having a closure. Kanye West had three public apologies to Taylor Swift for disrupting her VMA win on Sunday Night.

Taylor Swift, on the other hand, appeared on today's episode of The View and is willing to talk to Kanye West face to face.

Taylor Swift won the Best Female Video at the MTV Video Music Awards 2009.
