Idol Stalker - Watching American Idol

You might remember Kristy Lee Cook as the horseback riding beauty on American Idol a couple seasons ago but you may not know that she's now the host of the new Outdoor Channel show Outdoor's 10 Best. The show "will showcase some of the most heart-stopping outdoor footage and trusted opinions from the world’s most knowledgeable experts in the industry."

How did she get picked? Producer Kevin Fay explains: "She has a deep passion for hunting and horseback riding. There is obvious crossover between her budding country music career and the outdoor adventure genre. Her honest love of the outdoors comes through the screen and engages the audience."

Simon Cowell’s 50th Birthday Bash

American Idol judge, Simon Cowell, threw himself a lavish party to celebrate his 50th birthday over the weekend and his guests were pretty amazing. Of course, friends and co-workers, Ryan Seacrest and Randy Jackson were in attendance, as was ex-girlfriend, Terri Seymour.

Among the other invitees were celebrity chef, Gordon Ramsay, former supermodel, Naomi Campbell, and Simon's own mother, Julie Cowell, who looked very, very elegant for the occasion.
