I've been a big fan of Ashton Shepherd ever since she came out with her first single Takin' Off This Pain. There's country artists, and there's COUNTRY artists. Ashton's a country artist. She's a singer-songwriter who's stayed true to her roots and writes from the heart. She released her debut album Sounds So Good in 2008, and it produced two top 25 singles on the Hot Country charts.
