Shirtless American Idol 8?

Posted: 26 Feb 2009 07:09 PM PST

Nah, it is too early to tell. But with how the previous seasons were bombarded with sex-related scandals and controversies of "gay"ness, including rumored photos of the finalists in shirtless (even in n-u-d-e), it is just safe to say that this new bunch of American Idol contestants will suffer the same fate.

So far, there are three good-looking guys (or at least with a charisma to attract the opposite sex and same sex) who are in to the Top 12 -- Danny Gokey, Kris Allen and Adam Lambert (he looks and moves like a gay). Expect that shirtless photos of Danny Gokey, Kris Allen and Adam Lambert will appear online, sooner than expected, like the shirtless photos of David Hernandez for instance.

There are beautiful ladies in the last round of 12 next week. If any of them goes though, no one will be spared from the American Idol controversies.

Let the buzz games begin!

Let the photos come out!

Allison Iraheta sang "Alone" in last night's American Idol performance night and tonight she made it to the final Top 12. This young lady is indeed the dark horse of the competition. Watch out for her. Take note she is just 16 years old.

American Idol 8 group 2 results

Posted: 26 Feb 2009 06:19 PM PST

America chose the right Top 3 tonight. American Idol 8 group 2 results put Allison Iraheta, Kris Allen and Adam Lambert to the Top 12 finalists.

I watched the live performances last night and I knew, based on voice alone, that this three will go through the next round and join Alexis Grace, Danny Gokey and Michael Sarver.

Between Kris Allen and Adam Lambert, I think Kris Allen is better. Adam Lambert oversang the song. Yes, he has a very high range and could hit a note but he should avoid yelling all the time. Yelling plus the tongue-out thing, it is not fun to watch. Kris Allen's has a vocal range that could fit any genre of song. But of course, it is still very early to pick. Anything can happen in the Final 12 round.
