Aerosmith Preparing To Hit The Studio Posted: 19 Feb 2009 05:45 AM PST Aerosmith is preparing to enter the studio to record a new album. Tom Hamilton posted an update at Aeroforceone.com that said:
You can read the rest of the update at Aeroforceone.com. The thing a lot of people are thinking about with Aerosmith these days is, do they really need to make another record. I used to love Aerosmith back in the day, but I honestly haven’t enjoyed an entire album of theirs since Permanent Vacation. Pump was alright, but everything after that started to seem like it had a more pop-ish approach and failed to really rock. Perhaps they have changed with the times instead of writing the same album 14 times like other classic rock bands, but I just haven’t been moved by Aerosmith in a long time. On a side note, Tom Hamilton looks like death and Joey Kramer has been wearing that same vest for like 20+ years now. Much respect though.
