I want one! You put a SD card in there & you're ready to go. There's no screen but as long as one of those buttons is for shuffle it could work for me because the only time I use my mp3 player is in the car & I always put it on shuffle & I'm working with a cassette deck in the hooptie & this thing functions as it's own adapter. How ill is that? This link appears to be the source for the product. I've seen em way cheaper on ebay but it's still coming from China. I dunno about all that.

Random Rap

I dislike the term "random rap" but people need labels. I wanted to give props to DJ Sav One for putting me on to two gems from the 90's. I like to think that I've heard more rap music than the next guy but I never even knew either one of these existed.

First is Madman Shawn - Walk Thru Hell

I found a blog that has it for download. The rar has a password but smart dumb cats can find the pass easy.

The next one is Troopa Deal - Outta Hand Remix. There's no video but check that link. The original version uses the Just The Two Of Us sample. It's ok but this version wins.

I learned about both of these because of Twitter. That's crazy to me.

Kanye feat GLC & Keisha Cole - Drug Dealin (Demo Version)

This is what the internets is made for right hurr. Demos & unreleased joints & whatnot. I remember reading that Kanye had several versions of this but never expected any to surface. The dude GLC liberated this one the other day. Read his commentary over on his site (there's an alternate download link over there too).

IMO Saukrates is one of those cats who never really got their shot on the major label stage & shoulda. Ever since he linked up with Redman years ago new material from Sauk has been sparse but some new joints popped up on his MySpace blog today.

The files are a weird mixture of mp3's, aiff's, & zip folders with two of the same track. wtf? And the songs are prolly too soft for you if you're a backpacker still living in moms basement. Hell, that last link is a dance R&B song where he's singing!
