Nick Cannon Responds To Eminem Blast Posted: 05 Aug 2009 11:48 AM PDT How do you respond to someone who just raked your wife over the hot coals? You get god to do it of course. Eminem created this long blast at Mariah Carey after several attempts to silence the Cannon/Carey couple failed. Many expected Nick or Carey to take the incident to heart and get really mad, but instead Nick responded by quoting a passage from the Book of Romans. “Never take your own revenge, but rather give place unto the wrath. For it is written that vengeance is mine, I will repay.” - (Romans 12:19) If you ask me that’s kind of a cheap shot since it was Eminem who was getting the revenge out on Mariah.
