Red To Go Out On The “Class of 2009″ Tour Featuring Saving Abel, Pop Evil & Taddy Porter Posted: 17 Oct 2009 11:00 AM PDT Platinum-selling Rock band Saving Abel will headline the inaugural "CLASS OF 2009" TOUR, with Grammy Nominated Red, Pop Evil and Taddy Porter along for the ride. The excursion will get underway on October 27th in San Antonio, TX and continue until the end of the year. The concept behind this new annual tour is to bring together rock artists who have achieved substantial TOP TEN hits at radio in the current calendar year. "The Freshman," will be selected to open the show for the full tour, providing an opportunity that is nothing short of a launching pad. Each of the acts on the inaugural run outside of Taddy Porter (this year's "Freshman") is riding major airplay at radio, and could be touring as a headliner on their own. Cartel Stream Entire Album For Twitter Users, Release Video For “Let’s Go” Posted: 17 Oct 2009 08:45 AM PDT Cartel’s latest album, Cycles, will be released next week on October 20th, but fans with a Twitter account can listen to the full album now! Follow this link for the details on how to start listening. A new video for the band’s first single from Cycles, “Let's Go,” has also been released. Watch Cartel perform the song in a warehouse while fans with video cameras catch every single angle of the fun below! Cycles is available for pre-order on iTunes, while “Let's Go” is available for purchase today. Cartel is set to head out on tour in support of the album with This Providence and The Summer Set, starting on October 22nd through the end of November. Adelitas Way Join Breaking Benjamin On Upcoming Tour Posted: 17 Oct 2009 08:26 AM PDT Las Vegas rockers, Adelitas Way will hit the road with Breaking Benjamin this winter in support of their self-titled debut, which released July 14th on Virgin/EMI Music and debuted at #16 on Billboard’s Top New Artist Chart. The tour will kick off in San Antonio, TX on Sunday, November 29 and will include a number of radio holiday shows through of Midwest. The album’s kick off single, the power-rock anthem “Invincible,” has earned #1 Regional Heatseekers in this week’s Billboard and has climbed to top 10 on the Active Rock radio chart. “Invincible” has already been tagged as WWE Superstars theme song, been used for spots promoting the 2009 season of Monday Night Countdown on ESPN and will be used in the new WWE SmackDown vs Raw 2010 Video Game, which hits stores October 20. Since then, the single has been streamed nearly 300,000 times on Adelitas Way’s MySpace page.
