| Ciara on “Good Morning America” & “Live with Regis & Kelly - Videos Posted: 04 May 2009 03:30 PM PDT
So far, the song hasn't been doing great on the charts. It's peak position on the Billboard Hot 100 is 72 but at least it made it to #14 on the Hot R&B/Hip Hop Songs Chart. She was looking fierce on "Regis and Kelly" but the singing…not quite so fierce. She did a bit better on her "GMA" performance but then the backup dancers totally were awful and distracted from her. | Lil Wayne Named Time Magazine influential People Posted: 04 May 2009 10:31 AM PDT Lil Wayne and Kanye West were named in Time Magazine’s top 100 most influential people. In an online poll study people named the two rappers high on the Top 100 most influential people list. Lil Wayne came highest among the named rappers at 12!
Interestingly enough, in the same online study, Barack Obama came in 38th with friend Oprah Winfrey barely making the cut at 98th. First place however when to media mogul Christopher Poole, creator of 4chan.org Well the study wasn’t who’s the most powerful. If you consider the popularity of rap artists it’s no wonder why they are so influential.
